Install the script. Now you have access to facebook-status and facebook-friend for updating your status and finding someone on your friends list, respectively. Might only work with the new Facebook layout. Who knows! Only annoyance is that the search needs full words (meaning if you're looking for Amy Jones, you can't type Amy Jon; you must type one of Amy, Jones, or Amy Jones)
